If you are an Ataleye customer

Disconnect your Instagram account from Settings → Channels and request cancellation by writing to team@ataleye.com from your account's email address. We will delete your data and your conversations within a maximum of 30 days and confirm it to you in writing.

If you wrote to an account that uses Ataleye

You can ask us to delete your conversation and your data by writing to team@ataleye.com, stating your Instagram username and the account you spoke to. We will handle your request within a maximum of 30 days, and also notify the brand responsible.

Revoking access from Instagram

You can withdraw the permission granted to the application at any time from your own account: Settings → Apps and websites, and remove Ataleye's access there. From that moment on we will stop receiving new messages from that account.
