These terms govern access to and use of Ataleye. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them. If you are contracting Ataleye on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Ataleye is a professional conversation management and lead tracking tool. It lets you connect third-party messaging accounts (today, Instagram), see the conversations in one place, reply to them, classify them and measure the sales process.
The service is aimed at companies and professionals, not at individual consumers. To hold an account you must be of legal age and provide accurate details. Accounts are personal: credentials are not shared between people.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, write to us immediately at team@ataleye.com and we will block it.
By connecting an Instagram account you authorise Ataleye to access the messages and data needed to provide the service, always on your behalf. You remain bound by the terms and policies of the source platform, and you can revoke access at any time from your own account. Ataleye is not a Meta product and is not sponsored by Meta.
You may not use Ataleye to:
Breaching this may result in immediate suspension of the account.
Some replies are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. They are drafts under your control: they are sent on your behalf, within conversations the other person started, and you can disable automated assistance at any time. You are responsible for the content that leaves your account, whether a person wrote it or the model suggested it. Artificial intelligence gets things wrong: review what you send.
The plan, price and billing period are agreed in writing with each customer before access is granted. This website does not take payments and does not store card details.
The Ataleye software, brand and interface are ours. Your customers' data and conversations are yours: we only process them in order to provide the service to you, as set out in the privacy policy.
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there are maintenance windows, incidents and third-party dependencies (among them Meta's APIs) that are outside our control.
You may cancel at any time by writing to team@ataleye.com from your account's email address. We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms, giving notice unless the severity or the law requires immediate action. When an account is closed, data is deleted as described on the data deletion page.
Ataleye is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data. None of this limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
We may update them. If a change is material, we will give reasonable prior notice by email or inside the platform; the date above always says which version is in force.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence.
